All The Makings: Memory Match Game – Triangle Card

Hello, friends! Are y’all ready for the next card in our series? I am! I had fun trying to figure out how to make these shapes, and I’m really pleased at how they all turned out. Let’s get started!

Memory Match Game: Triangle Card

I used a green worsted weight yarn, and a 4.25mm or a 5mm hook.

Ch 11.

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc in each ch across to end of row. Ch 1, turn.

Row 2: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in next 8 stitches. Ch 1, turn.

Row 3: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in next 7 stitches. Ch 1, turn.

Row 4: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in next 6 stitches. Ch 1, turn.

Row 5: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in next 5 stitches. Ch 1, turn.

Row 6: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in next 4 stitches. Ch 1, turn.

Row 7: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in next 3 stitches. Ch 1, turn.

Row 8: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in next 2 stitches. Ch 1, turn.

Row 9: Sc2tog in nxt 2 stitches, sc in last stitch. Ch 1, turn.

Row 10: Sc2tog in last 2 stitches. Finish off, weave in ends.

That’s all! Rather simple, and make 2. My game consists of 12 cards, with 2 cards of each shape. You can make more if you like, but I think 12 cards is big enough for a fun memory match game. Happy makings!

~I don’t mind if you use my patterns to sell items (just don’t sell the pattern itself), but I would appreciate it if you used your own pictures of what you’ve made on your website or listing. My pictures might not be very good, but they are mine! Copyright Lauren L. 2014~
